Welcome to the Town Manager's Page
The role of the Town Manager is to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Town, responsible to the Town Council for the day-to-day operation of town affairs. My responsibilities include directing and supporting the work of all Department Managers in performing their assigned functions consistent with Massachusetts General Laws, the Palmer Town Charter, and the policies and goals established for our community by your elected Town Council.
