Online Payments

 
Palmer residents have the option of paying the following through our department's online payment* service UNIPAY!
 

  • Town Clerk: Birth Certificate, Burial Permit, Death Certificate, & Marriage Certificate.

  • Tax Collector: Motor Vehicle Excise, Real Estate, Personal Property, & Sewer Bills.      

      • If you have a past due Motor Vehicle Excise bill on warrant (colored bill), please call our Deputy Collector Jeffery and Jeffery at (413) 967-9941.
      • If you have a past due Real Estate, Personal Property, or Sewer bill, please call the Tax Collector's Office at (413) 283-2601.
 
UNIPAY offers the following benefits:
  • Convenience!  Bills can be paid, anytime, anywhere: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with Internet access.
  • Electronic check (ACH) payments are .50 cents as of March 2, 2021.
  • Debit and Credit card transactions are available for a Fee.
  • Simple, user-friendly process with Guest Checkout.
  • It can alleviate concerns of theft/delay of mail.
  • It assists in meeting deadlines: there is immediate confirmation providing assurance that a payment was on time.
