Town Manager
  • Role: Executive body responsible for administrating all town fiscal, business, and municipal affairs.

Annual Town Election
  • Purpose: Vote to appoint elected leaders and on occasion specific questions pertaining to the Town of Palmer that is not in the purview of an elected leader.
