There are many services available through outreach at the Palmer Council on Aging. The outreach coordinator evaluates an elders needs and provides access to services available. Office and home visits are available and remain strictly confidential.

Fuel Assistance Information:
The Massachusetts Fuel Assistance Program helps residents living on fixed or low incomes by paying a portion of their heating bills from November 1st through April 30th. Eligibility guidelines for the 2022 - 2023 heating season are:

If you received fuel assistance last year, you would receive a re-certification application in the mail. New applications can be filed at the senior center for 60+. You must call to schedule an appointment.
