How do I know if the Palmer Town Clerk’s Office has my birth certificate?
If you were born in Palmer or your parents lived in Palmer when you were born, we would have your record, unless certain restrictions exist.

How do I apply for a vital record by mail?
Simply write the name and date of the record you are requested and send it to our office along with the fee, check to the Town of  Palmer , as well as, a self-addressed stamped envelope. We will return the information the same day we receive it.

What are the hours for voting?
7:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M State Elections – Town Elections 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Who sets the fees for passports?
The United State Department of State establishes all fees with regard to passports.

$60.00 for 4 (Four) years

How do I get an application for a Business Certificate?
Click here to apply by mail, be sure to follow directions and all signatures have to be notarized. You are also welcome to come to the Town Clerk’s Office and apply in person.

How do I handle Rubbish Removal?
The Town of Palmer does not have rubbish removal services.   Please contact a private contractor as listed in the yellow pages.
