NOTICE - RATE INCREASE 

As of January 1, 2026  Single Family Residential minimum billing is $60.00 plus $10.00-meter rental fee for a total of $70.00 per quarter 

As of January 1, 2026 Two Family Residential minimum billing is $120.00 plus $10.00-meter rental fee for a total of $130.00 per quarter

As of January 1, 2026  Three Family Residential minimum billing is $180.00 plus $10.00-meter rental fee for a total of $190.00 per quarter

As of January 1, 2026  Four Family Residential minimum billing is $240.00 plus $10.00-meter rental fee for a total of $250.00 per quarter

As of April 1, 2026  late fee is $25.00 flat rate fee for all delinquent accounts.
