Update- Department of Veterans' Services

Dear Palmer Community,

Effective June 1st, 2026 the Town of Palmer will be sharing Veterans Services with the Town of Ludlow. For those needing assistance, Veterans Service office hours in Palmer at the Town Administration Building will be:

Monday 1- 6 pm

Wednesday 9:30 am – 1 pm

Thursday 8:30 am- 4:30 pm

In addition, Veterans have access to services through the Ludlow Veterans Service building located at 487 Holyoke Street in Ludlow with office hours of Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm.

The shared service staff members are:

Mike Moore, Administrative Clerk

Larry Brace, Claims Consultant

Additional information will be sent to those Veterans currently receiving assistance through Palmer with additional information on the transition.
