Town Hall Renovation Project

The Town of Palmer, Town Manager, requests General Bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the Proposed Modifications to the Town Administration Building, located at 4417 Main Street, Palmer, MA 01069. The work is to include all work as depicted in the construction documents dated 8-24-16 including contents of the Project Manual for said project. All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 and Prevailing Wage Rates. It is anticipated that the cost of the requested scope of work will not exceed $850,000.
