Fee Schedule

Any person requesting action by the Conservation Commission pursuant to the Palmer Wetlands Regulations (PWR) shall pay a filing fee in accordance with the Schedule of Fees listed.
Form of Payment: the fees pertain to local Ordinance review and are in addition to those required under the MA Wetlands Protection Act.
- The check shall be made payable to the “Town of Palmer” and shall be a separate check from the MassDEP WPA fee.
Refund: Fees are non-refundable.
Municipal Projects: Municipal projects where the Town of Palmer is the Applicant are exempt from filing fees.
Waivers: The Conservation Commission and its Agent reserve the right to waive filing fees. Said request for waiver shall be made at the time of submittal of the permit application.
Outside Consultants: In addition to the Schedule of Fees listed, reimbursement for outside consulting services/third party reviews may be required, as provided in Section 6 of the PWR

Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA)	$50 SFH; $100 commercial property/other
Resource Area Confirmations (RDA, NOI or ANRAD)	Fee TBD based on professional quote + 10% admin fee
Request for Certificate of Compliance (RCC)	$50 if submitted before OOC expiration; $100 if submitted after OOC expiration
Emergency Certification	$50
Administrative Approval (building permit inspection; tree removal)	$25
Extension Permit	$75 SFH; $125 all other
