The Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Department is committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant services that support both employees and the community. The Department administers all aspects of human resources, payroll processing, and employee benefits, including recruitment, hiring, compensation, classification, training and development, labor relations, workers’ compensation, and unemployment.
