Mission Statement
The mission of the Board of Health is to educate, promote, improve, and protect the health and well being of the citizens of Palmer, while contributing to building a healthy community and environment in which to live. We perform many important and crucial duties relative to the protection of public health, the control of disease, the promotion of sanitary living conditions, and the protection of the environment from damage and pollution.
