Mission Statement
The Building Department is to provide for public safety through the administration and enforcement of the State Building, Electrical, Plumbing and Gas Codes and the enforcement of the Zoning By-laws of the Town of Palmer.
The department follows the 10th Edition of Building Code Effective Date July 1, 2025
