Planning Board Emergency Meeting
Minutes of January 8, 2010, 2:00 pm,
Planning Office.
Chairman Michael Marciniec called the meeting of the Planning Board to order at
2:00 PM. Present were members Norman Czech and Thomas Skowyra. Also present were the Town Manager, Matthew Streeter, the Town Planner Linda Leduc and Principal Clerk Mary Watson recording the minutes.
2:00 PM-Subdivision Approval Not Required (SANR)-for the property located on State Street, Bondsville.
M.Streeter stated that the property involves the reconstruction of the bridge and easements necessary since the town acquired the property.
A motion was made by T.Skowyra to approve the SANR for State Street, Bondsville, owned by the Town of Palmer. N.Czech seconded. The vote passed (3:0).
