CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING
Meeting Minutes of Tuesday, May 19, 2009
Meeting Room #1- 7:00 PM
Chairman David Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Present were Commissioners Robert Ring and Donald Duffy. Also present were Conservation Agent Sheryl Becker and Principal Clerk Mary Watson recording the minutes. Member Harry Johnson, Matthew Trybus and Peter Izyk were absent.
Chairman D.Johnson stated that due to a lack of quorum, the Notice of Intent for Stanley Kmiecik for the property located on 4 Beech Street, Palmer would be continued to the next meeting to be held on June 2, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.
Donald Frydryk of Sherman and Frydryk Land Surveying and Engineering was present and stated he would advise the applicant.
Roger Woods was present to discuss the Lizak Restoration Plan with the PCC and stated that he would be working on the plan with Pioneer Environmental for the Enforcement Order that was issued for the property located on Shearer Street and Thorndike Street, Palmer.
R.Ring stated that since there is a lack of quorum this item would be discussed at the next scheduled meeting.
The PCC discussed the letter of interest received from Christine Beauregard for the vacant seat on the Commission.
The meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
