On February 13, 2008, the Town of Palmer implemented a mass notification service called Connect-CTY™. This service allows authorized town officials to create and rapidly disseminate time-sensitive messages to every telephone number and email address stored in its notification database.
Connect-CTY messages will contain information and directions regarding issues such as water contamination warnings, missing children, street closures in the community, and much more . This very effective system augments our primary emergency services and existing communication channels to keep residents informed of issues affecting our community.
