Mission Statement
The mission of the Board of Health is to educate, promote, improve, and protect the health and well being of the citizens of Palmer, while contributing to building a healthy community and environment in which to live. according to the Town's Bylaws, State and Federal laws, the board is under a dutiful obligation to develop and implement health policies, standards, bylaws and regulations.
