1. I need to have my septic tank pumped. Who do I talk to?
You would need to contact the Title V agent Lorri McCool at 413-454-5155.

2. I want to make a complaint against my landlord. What do I do?
You can either file the complaint online or contact us at 283-2606 and we can set up a time to do an inspection of your apartment.

3. I need a copy of my septic plan would the BOH have that?
The BOH has most septic plans on file in our office. You would need to come in and we can check for you.

4. What are your office hours?
Our office hours as of Oct 27,2006 Mon-Thurs 9a.m.-12p, Friday 9-11a.m.

5. Do I need a well permit to install a well in Palmer.
Palmer does not require any well permits.
