Early Stage Alzheimer's Support Group @ The Palmer Public Library
2nd Tuesday of the month from 4:00-5:00
Both the caregiver and the individual with early stage Alzheimer's attend this support group. This group is especially for people with a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or who are in the early stages of Alzheimer's diseaseor a related dementia. Attendees are divided into two groups - one for the individual with Alzheimer's and one for the care partner, to provide specialized forums to share feelings, concerns and information, and to support each other in coping with the effects of the disease.
