 AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AT THE PALMER DOG POUND
Arnie is a young adult, male, Staffordshire Terrier (pitbull). His color is referred to as blue, he is an absolutely gorgeous dog with beautiful gray eyes.
Arnie is quick to learn, knows basic manners, sits and walks well on leash in familiar areas. He will pull on lead in new places and we are working on this issue.
Arnie will be your couch potato or your running partner. He will be your Velcro dog, he loves nothing more than being with his human. Arnie would do best in a home with a female dog or as an only dog. We recommend an experienced home with children over twelve when we place adult dogs with no previous history.
A fenced yard would be great, or perhaps someone who walks or runs regularly. We do not believe in tying dogs, especially the bully or working/herding breeds. We will be asking for a donation to cover Arnie’s medical, which will include a neuter, rabies vaccine and microchip. We estimate this cost to be about $125.
